TL Think Tank: Inquiry and Innovation Outside the Box

Tuesday, January 31, 2023, 8:30 am – 9:30 am ET

This session is designed for teacher leaders. COVID taught us to seek innovation and think beyond our typical teaching, coaching, and training methods. We can carry these discoveries forward to help us in all aspects of our work. We will explore a wide range of innovative ideas, such as using the Marco Polo app to coach teachers, sharing interactive read aloud to introduce observation, and cultivating big ideas to ensure everyone leaves the discussion circle with a lift. Participants will be invited to problem-solve and innovate together, embracing “a perpetual state of inquiry,” just like Marie Clay.
